Return Policy
Refunds can be obtained by phone or E-mail. When you contact us an RMA number will be issued for your return.
The RMA number must be printed on the top of the mailing label when you return your item. RMA's must be obtained
within 30 days after the receipt of goods.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled via phone or email before items have been shipped. You can check the status of your order
by logging into your account.
John Boos products are made to order to ensure top notch quality. We
ask that if you decide to cancel a John Boos product that you do so
within 5 busniess days. Each product is hand crafted and once the order
to manufacture has been process, the item cannot be canceled.
